## **General Description**

A manually activated defense mechanic that absorbs up to 90% of incoming damage, depletes during use, and regenerates when inactive.

#### **Functionality**

* Activation: Tap and hold at screen center.
* During activation:
  * Capacity bar appears (transparent for enemy visibility).
  * Throws are disabled.
  * Damage hits the shield first.

#### **Metrics**

* Max capacity: 100.
* Depletion: 10 units/sec when active.
* Regeneration: 10 units/sec when inactive.
* At 0, the shield deactivates and visually "breaks".
