# Engagement

**Community participation is key to the development of the Hattori project.**

We know that every person brings unique resources and ideas to improve the project. To support this, the ecosystem offers a variety of events tailored to different interests.

## Types of activities

The project provides the following types of activities:

* **Game events**: join tournaments, competitions, and in-game challenges.
* **Telegram Mini App**: completing quests, participating in events, earning with referrals.
* **Social events**: interact on social media, help improve the community and its structure.
* **Content events**: create quality materials like articles, posts, and videos.
* **Promotion events**: help attract new users through recommendations and invites.

{% hint style="info" %}
Each participant can choose the format that matches their skills and interests.
{% endhint %}

## Motivation for participants

To keep the community engaged, the project offers different incentives:

* **Financial rewards**: large prize pools for event participation.
* **Non-financial rewards**: earn achievements, statuses, titles, in-game items, and boosters, or even join the project team.

We believe fair rewards are essential for long-term engagement and trust.

## Handling suggestions and feedback

The community actively shares ideas and feedback about the project’s development. Discord is the main tool for this interaction:

* Special **suggestions channel** is available ([**discord topic**](https://discord.com/channels/1118657356893528104/1255600790660190338)). Ideas are moderated, and the best suggestions are rewarded.
* Accepted ideas are marked with an "accepted" tag so participants can see which ideas have been implemented. "Review" tag is used for ideas under consideration.
* Revolutionary ideas with high potential are reviewed separately by key team members.

***

Community engagement is the foundation of Hattori’s growth.

We create an environment where every participant can contribute, gain recognition, and become part of the project’s long-term success.
