# Tokenomics

## Tokenomics

Tokenomics is a strong tool. It can help the project grow fast, or it can hurt stability if it is made in a bad way.

In Hattori Token ($HATTORI) tokenomics, we made a balance between all sides: players, investors, the team, and partners.

Our goal is to use $HATTORI in the main game systems. This will support the growth of the industry, the project, and every participant.

### Total supply

* Total amount: 150M tokens
* Initial price: $0.10
* Initial market cap: $15M
* Aim: The supply of $HATTORI is limited to 150M tokens. There will be no new emission. This makes $HATTORI a deflationary asset and helps to keep value stable.

### Allocations

* **Team:** 25% (37.5M tokens)
  * Cliff: 12 months
  * Vesting: 48 months
  * Aim: saved for long-term project work
* **Seed round:** 8.33% (12.5M tokens)
  * Investor price: $0.08 (20% discount from TGE price)
  * Cliff: 6 months
  * Vesting: 12 months
* **Unsold Tokens:** 8.33% (12.5M tokens)
  * Utility: These tokens may only be used in future investment rounds.
  * Terms: It will include a cliff and vesting period. Conditions cannot be softer than Seed Round.
  * Note: The team cannot sell tokens directly to the market. Tokens can only be released in new rounds with fixed rules.
* **Game rewards and ecosystem:** 26% (39M tokens)
  * Aim: used for player rewards and ecosystem support
* **Marketing and reserve:** 15.66% (23.5M tokens)
  * Aim: promote the project and grow partnerships
* **Airdrops and community incentives** (pre-TGE): 6.66% (10M tokens)

  * Aim: used for pre-TGE activity and first player base
* **Liquidity and operations**: 10% (15M tokens)
  * Aim: keep liquidity and stable token price

### Flexibility and adaptability

$HATTORI tokenomics can change with the market and project needs. The team checks player behavior, cash flows, and reserves.

If needed, liquidity or rewards can be rebalanced to stay stable.

### Transparency and trust

We follow open rules. We do AMA sessions and reports about token use and finance. This builds trust and a strong link between the project and community.
