Pre-TGE vesting mechanics
Background Story
Originally, as many of you knew, we planned to start the Token Generation Event (TGE) once users had earned all the allocated $HATTORI, 2 million for Discord and 8 million for the Telegram Mini App. However, as a forward-thinking project, we realized this approach might delay TGE too long, which wouldn’t benefit us or our users. So, we decided to adjust our TGE rollout strategy. Read on for the details!
For users with existing $HATTORI balances
Back in May 2025, we launched the open testing of our Telegram Mini App, where users earned $HATTORI by joining events, completing quests, and inviting friends. All the $HATTORI you’ve earned so far will now be converted into 
Blue $HATTORI.
What does this mean?
Initially, we had a fixed 60-day unlock period, but now you’ll enjoy a more flexible schedule tied to the number of active players in the game (see the formula below for details). At first, it might seem like the unlock rate is slow, but this value adjusts dynamically, the more players join, the faster your tokens unlock.
Regarding Discord $HATTORI balances, it'll be migrated to the Telegram App before TGE, we’ll announce the details of this process in our Discord. The logic remains the same as in the Telegram App: all $HATTORI earned before TGE will become Blue $HATTORI and follow the flexible vesting schedule, while any $HATTORI earned after TGE can be withdrawn right away.
Blue $HATTORI: This represents all $HATTORI earned by players before the TGE. These points begin a flexible unlock process based on a formula, starting from the TGE moment.
Red $HATTORI: This refers to all $HATTORI earned after the TGE, which are immediately available for withdrawal upon being credited.

❗️ Big and important advantage of this format is that full unlock period will be much faster than before.
With the old format, you’d first need to wait for TGE, let’s say 3–6 months, then another 1–3 months to claim all tokens. That’s 4–9 months total.
With the new format, you’ll wait for TGE, 1–2 months, then wait for the project to hit target DAU of 200,000.
❗️ One key thing: our target DAU used to be 500,000, but we cut it 2.5 times because project monetization showed much better results than expected. So final unlock will come faster now.
Benefits of the New TGE System
Earlier TGE: The TGE will happen sooner, so you won’t have to wait until the full 10M $HATTORI is farmed.
Flexible Unlock: The more players join, the faster your rewards will unlock, thanks to the dynamic unlock system.
Instant Withdrawals Post-TGE: All tokens earned after the TGE can be withdrawn immediately.
Based on our calculations, you’ll ultimately receive all your tokens faster than the old plan (waiting for the full 10M pool to be farmed, plus 60 days of linear unlocking). In short, all your earned $HATTORI before TGE will turn into Blue $HATTORI, unlocking based on the formula. Plus, here’s a cool bonus: $HATTORI you earn after TGE will be available for withdrawal immediately, just like for new players!

If you haven’t earned $HATTORI yet, it’s super simple for you! Just play the game, earn $HATTORI through events, quests, the referral program, or our social activities, and withdraw your rewards directly on the TON network whenever you like!
